To help our patients budget for dental treatment cost without compromising the quality of care we are pleased to offer our own dental plan which we believe to be the best way to make treatment affordable and give our patients greater freedom of choice. Plan for your health and confidence

The Ethicare Dental Plan enables you to spread the cost of your family's essential dental care. This tailor-made scheme has been carefully designed to meet the needs of our patients and to reflect our preventative philosophy.

All our plans include routine x-rays, oral hygiene and dietary instruction, credit arrangements to spread the cost of additional treatments, and access to our dental emergency service.

Bronze Plan

• One consultation per year
• Routine x-rays
• Two hygiene appointments per year for cleaning and polishing
• 10% discount on private fees (excluding treatments involving laboratory work)

The cost is just £10.50 per month

Silver Plan

• Two consultations per year
• Routine x-rays
• Two hygiene appointments per year
• 10% discount on private fees (excluding treatments involving laboratory work)

The cost is just £13.50 per month

Gold Plan

* Two consultations per year
* Routine x-rays
* Four hygiene appointments per year
* 10% discount on private fees (excluding treatments involving laboratory work)

The cost is just £19.50 per month

Special plans for children

Protecting their dental health

We also have a plan for children, which has been designed to provide the foundation for strong, healthy, adult teeth and gums. It provides:

• Two check ups per year
• Routine x-rays
• Two hygiene appointments per year
• Oral hygiene and dietary instruction

One parent or guardian must be on a plan for a child to be eligible. Children under 5 are free, for children who are 5 to 17 years old it costs just £6.50 per month.

Emergency treatment

All patients who are members of our plan have access to our dental emergency service. Fees apply.

Simply fill out the direct debit and application form then hand it to the Practice Manager or post it to the address on the application form.
There is a one-off joining fee of £10 for adults and £5 for children, which is taken with the first monthly payment.
Family membership

The family discounts on the monthly payments are:

2 people – 5%
3 people – 10%
4 people or more – 15%

Please note that for family discounts all patients must live t the same address and use the same direct debit. Children under 5 do not increase the family discount.
